The food is always good very small menu. I like to the frozen desserts, and they stopped having them because they didn't have a freezer anymore which is a shame.

Came here for lunch! My first poke bowl. Wasn't sure what to expect but honestly was really pleasantly surprised. I built my own bowl and had the spicy tuna and spicy salmon with typical sushi veg. I added a spicy sauce on top and it was delicious! The employees were so nice and helped me along the way as I had no idea what I was doing. The sushi tasted and smelled fresh. Really excited to go back!
I am always down to eat poke, so I was super excited when I saw this place! Overall, it tasted great although the price is higher than what I normally pay for poke! 4 stars because the rice that I had with my bowl that day was extremely hard and nowhere near soft.
We are never dissapointed and always look forward to and enjoy each and every poke bowl from Joy Bowl. This place is one where you are guaranteed to enjoy your meal.
I visited this spot in their first week and I can't wait to go back. I'd go weekly if I didn't live so far! I had the classic bowl and it was even better than I imagined. The tuna and salmon were SO fresh, seaweed salad, ripe mango...all on point. It's a great healthy, quick and filling option for the area.
Outstanding poke for western mass. Built my Own plate and was pleasantly surprised that the add insult were all included in the price. Avocado typically is an up charge. Not here. Dropped a star for lettuce swimming in melted ice.
This place deserves more reviews. Everything is fresh, portions generous, service friendly and quick. Great healthy fast food option. They have a couple outdoor tables with umbrellas that seat 4 each.
